BUILT FOR STRUCTURAL TRADES
PERFORM Community is for businesses in formwork, reinforcement, concrete and scaffold. Owners, estimators, project managers, supervisors and managers. And anyone thinking about starting their own business in these trades. Builders are welcome too, to find capable structural trades.
WHY WE STARTED IT
Industry bodies have plenty of tools, but they’re built for everyone in construction. Very few subcontractors use them.
PERFORM Community is narrower on purpose. It’s for the trades that form, fix, pour and scaffold, and the problems they actually deal with.
It started with a phone call that kept coming up. “Do you know a good formworker I can pass a job on to? I’m too busy for it.” Good operators sometimes have to turn work away. Other good operators are looking for it. This puts them in touch.
WHO’S BEHIND IT
In 2023, Fabio founded PERFORM to offer subcontractors and builders a formwork and concrete estimating service backed by real on-site knowledge, not just software proficiency.
PERFORM also provides construction business consulting for subcontractors: cash flow guidance, contract advice, variation support and help presenting professionally to builders.

New membership is $200 per month including GST.
Paid membership is for people ready to participate, share useful information and build genuine connections. Payment does not guarantee work, referrals or another member’s conduct.
Payments are not open yet. You can submit an application for review; it does not start a subscription or authorise a charge. PERFORM will ask you to explicitly agree and enter payment details before paid access begins.
Existing members keep their agreed terms: free through 31 January 2027, then $100 per month including GST from 1 February 2027, only if they choose to continue.

A recommendation from someone who knows your trade can bring practical context you won’t get from an advert. Suggest suppliers and advisers you’ve worked with, and explain what made the experience useful. PERFORM reviews suggestions before deciding whether to list a partner.
A listing is not a guarantee or proof that every member has reviewed a service. Sponsored listings are labelled and cannot buy a recommendation or Verified status.
WE MAKE THE CONNECTION. YOU AGREE THE TERMS.
PERFORM puts people in touch; it is not a party to work or payment agreements between members. Check licences, insurance, references and capacity yourself, and agree scope, rates and payment terms in writing before sending a crew or starting work. PERFORM does not guarantee performance or payment.
If another business doesn’t pay, PERFORM does not act as your debt collector or resolve the dispute. Report documented concerns privately through the Experience Register or to Fabio, not in public posts. After reviewing evidence and giving the member a chance to respond, PERFORM may suspend or remove access for a breach of the Community terms. A complaint alone does not trigger removal.
