What we collect
Your name, company, ABN, contact details, trade and role, the details of your record and the documents you upload.
Why we collect it
To review and keep your record, contact you about it, and help members with their due diligence as set out in the Terms.
Who sees it
Only PERFORM staff. We do not sell or publish it. We may share facts from your record with a member who asks, without your name unless you agreed. We may have to disclose it if required by law.
Where it is stored
On secure servers. Storage is not restricted to Australia.
How long we keep it
3 years, then it is permanently deleted.
Your choices
You can check the status of or withdraw your submissions in My submissions, or ask us to correct them at admin@performconsulting.com.au.
Information about other businesses
Records may include details about businesses and people connected with them. We collect business conduct only, never personal matters. Any business can ask to review what we hold about it.
